This third generation inverter combines a battery inverter and a solar inverter in one compact unit, allowing it to generate usable electricity directly from solar panels while also storing any excess energy in your chosen battery for later use. With the aim of reducing export and import, this hybrid inverter can store excess energy in the battery during generation hours and discharge it to meet demand in the property.
Integrated Wi-Fi eliminates the need for a dongle, while batteries can be charged from your solar system as well as your current utility supply. The inverter also has cloud-based monitoring and control through a web app interface, and can be remotely updated via Wi-Fi or 4G dongle.
