As the world becomes increasingly aware of the impact of climate change, more and more businesses are committing to reducing their carbon footprint. At HDM Solar, we have implemented a series of actions that reduce our impact on the environment.

• We have installed solar panels and battery storage at all our sites
• We have a fleet of electric delivery vehicles
• All our company cars are electric
• We have installed electric vehicle charging points at all our sites
• We operate a cycle-to-work initiative

In addition to reducing our own emissions, we are also looking at ways to offset our carbon footprint. This includes supporting reforestation efforts with the Plant a Tree Today Foundation to help capture carbon from the atmosphere.

Reducing our impact also involves a cultural shift within the company towards sustainable practices. This means educating colleagues about the importance of reducing their carbon footprint and encouraging them to think critically about the environmental impact of their actions.

We are socially responsible.

We uphold high standards when conducting our business. We audit our suppliers to make sure they adhere to anti-slavery legislation and prevent modern slavery, human trafficking, and other forms of forced labour.

We also support good causes and community projects such as sports teams and charities. Our colleagues are regularly involved in fundraising activities.
